Purchased this dress 9.3.25 in size Uk10, it was too small so decided to return for a refund only to be told they will only exchange, emailed back requesting UK12, still waiting 3 months later, no dress no follow up……
I have tried multiple times to contact company without success including sending self addressed parcel post pack and letter and many emails
Worst online company I have ever dealt with, I am out of pocket over $160 and still no dress
